dsRBPBind Source Code

This page contains our model for incorporating double stranded RNA binding proteins into secondary structure calculations as proposed in the publication entitled "Modelling the effect of RNA secondary structure on double stranded RNA-protein binding". Please read through the instructions in the README before using the software. Test files are also provided in the "examples" folder of the source file.

Our modified package is based on version 2.4.11 of the Vienna package. The original Vienna RNA secondary structure package may be found at http://www.tbi.univie.ac.at/RNA/.
