Welcome to the RNA protein binding prediction server

This server predicts binding curves and binding locations of single stranded RNA binding proteins for any RNA molecule. It combines binding data from RNAcompete experiments with secondary structure predictions of the RNA.

Click here for instructions on how to use the server.

Submission information

Please enter a name for your submission (mandatory):

Please select a single stranded RNA binding protein .

Sequence (up to 250 bases):

You may input a sequence of the bases 'G', 'C', 'A', 'T', and 'U' (upper or lower case). All other characters including spaces and line breaks are ignored.

If you make use of data generated on this server in your own publications, please do not forget to cite the manuscript:

For questions and/or comments please send an email to rnabind@bioserv.mps.ohio-state.edu.

This includes suggestions for new proteins to add, ideally accompanied by a reference for their RNACompete or RNA Bind-n-Seq data and one or a few references on independently determined absolute binding affinities for specific RNA molecules.
